I Tested the Top Gundam Wing Endless Waltz Mg Glue, Here’s My Honest Take

This kit earned its specific ranking largely due to its remarkable articulation range and balance. The standout feature is undoubtedly the extendable dragon fang arm mechanism, which holds dynamic poses without sagging under its own weight. In my view, this design offers some of the most expressive display potential in the entire line.

Buyers frequently mention that the shoulder joint assembly requires careful attention during construction. I found that taking your time with the inner frame prevents alignment issues down the road. It makes a fantastic mid-tier choice for fans who love distinct weapon gimmicks.

This particular iteration suits collectors who prioritize classic shelf presence over experimental gimmicks. If you want a traditional mobile suit silhouette that anchors a display shelf with clean lines, this is the one I would point you toward. The proportions pay direct homage to the original animated designs.

The color separation across the armor panels remains crisp straight out of the box. But you will want to apply the included dry-transfer decals carefully to achieve that finished look. I appreciate how faithfully this version captures the classic Endless Waltz aesthetic.

An interesting feature of this kit is its inclusion of unique thermal cloak mounting points that transform its entire battlefield silhouette. Beneath that dramatic cloth aesthetic lies a surprisingly sturdy inner frame that handles heavy heat shovel accessories with ease. I think this variant rewards builders who enjoy experimenting with military-style weathering and custom surface textures.

The heavy armor plating can limit extreme arm movements during dynamic posing sessions. But the sheer shelf presence of those massive crescent blades more than compensates for minor articulation limits. I always find myself drawn to its distinctive desert mercenary vibe.

The most common buyer complaint about this kit involves the intricate feather assembly on the massive wings, which demands immense patience. Despite that minor tedium, the balanced engineering delivers an angelic masterpiece that easily justifies its top placement on my list. I consider this kit the absolute peak of modern Master Grade design.

The proportion tweaks introduced in the Ver. Ka line give the mobile suit a much sleeker profile. Twin buster rifle integration works brilliantly with the articulated hands, letting the suit hold its primary weapon securely. In my view, this stands as the ultimate centerpiece for any Gundam collection.

Compared directly to the winged perfection of the previous pick, this aggressive mobile suit trades aerial grace for transformable whip action. The segmented heat rod segment bends smoothly into countless serpentine shapes, which makes dynamic battle stances incredibly fun to arrange. I prefer this ferocious beast over symmetric designs whenever my display shelf needs some raw aggression.

The transformation sequence into its mobile trace mode requires strict adherence to the instruction manual. Loose connections can occasionally plague the transformation joints if not assembled with absolute precision. But the striking demon-like aesthetic makes those minor construction hurdles entirely worthwhile.

This kit earned its massive popularity through a reputation for purist anime accuracy, capturing the exact proportions fans remember from the screen. Assessing whether that reputation holds up reveals a solid, straightforward build that avoids overly complex gimmick engineering. I would recommend this version to anyone who values clean, traditional lines over flashy redesigns.

The inner frame relies on older structural concepts that feel slightly less advanced than recent releases. Articulation is somewhat more restricted compared to newer Ver. Ka variations. Even so, the sheer nostalgia factor makes it a very satisfying project.
